This was my first experience of a traditional Mehndi ceremony.
It is known as one of the most important pre-wedding ritual, a fun filled celebration hosted mainly by
the bride's family.
The event certainly had a celebratory festival feel to it
with the women dancing, singing traditional songs and the girls wearing vivid colours.
It was quite the experience candidly documenting this vibrant event.
